Delivery Policy

Any order discrepancies or damages must be brought to the attention of D.N. Group Enterprise Inc. within 7 days of receipt, after which time the order is considered to have been received complete and in good condition.

Return Policy

D.N. Group Enterprise Inc. will accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Product must be accompanied by original packaging and original purchase receipt. Item must be in saleable condition. We are not responsible for any related shipping and handling charges.

Limited Warranty

D.N. Group Enterprise Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only that its valves and fittings will be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal use, proper maintenance and operation for the period of 5 years. This warranty excludes product damage or failure due to improper installation, product abuse/misuse or accident, whether performed by a contractor, licensed plumber or property owner/occupant.

Products considered to be defective must be returned for inspection at the purchaser’s expense with original packaging and original purchase receipt.

The seller’s obligation is limited to 1) replacement of any component proven defective in material or workmanship, or 2) refund of the purchase price.  The seller shall not have liability for neither the cost of removal and reinstallation of product, nor other labour, expenses or losses.
